Dad served in the R.A.F at 26 he worked as a safety equipment worker at the central flying school at Little Rissington. He married my mum colleen and had three children, Donna, Debbie and Chris He had one son Carl by his second wife.
Dad fell down stairs and for the last few years of his life was paralysed from the neck down. And was unable to take care of himself and had to have twenty-four hour care. His remaining years he lived at the Legrand Nursing Home. I wish to thank Tom for the care of Dad.
He has six grandchildren, Adam, Matthew, Luke, Beth, Dan and Tia.
Dad also worked as a landscape gardener.

Be a gardener
Dig a ditch,
toil and sweat,
and turn the earth upside down and seek the deepness
and water the plants in time.
Continue this labor
and make sweet floods to run and noble and abundant fruits to spring.
Take this food and drink and carry it to God as your true worship.

Dad

I miss you just as much today as I did when you went away. It's just as hard as it was. Talking to Matt the other day and I remember when you were doing the pato and he saw a worm,, what you said. It made me smile and made Matt laugh.

Hi Dad, Chris came down for mothers day, it was a lovely surprise. He talked about Tia his daughter most of the time. It's nice to hear him talk about his daughter. He told us that he would like another baby so you never know, you might have a seventh grandchild. Adam is thinking of getting his own house, hes all grown up. Remember going to uncle Rogers and the dog he had then, how it bit Adam, you were so angry when you brought him home.
Matt is doing well in college and I'm sure you are very proud of all the grand children. I hope you see grandad and Pepe, Ben and Jinks take care of them dad lovexxx

Believe in yourself By Dena Dileconi

Believe in yourself, and Remember that Anything is possible

Believe in what makes you feel good,
and what makes you happy.

Believe in the dreams you've always wanted to come true,
and give them every chance to.

If you are willing to take the opportunities you are given and utilize the abilities you have,
you will constantly fill your life with special moments and unforgettable times.

No one knows the mysteries of life, or its ultimate meaning, but for those who are willing to believe in their dreams and in themselves, life is a precious gift in which anything is possible.

These words are so very true, I remember elling how much I want to be a writer, you didn't laugh at me or make fun but what you did was buy me my first eletric typwriter. I still have it to this day. You encourged when no one else would and for your faith in me and your encouragement I wish to thank you so very much.

Symphony from the Celtic book by Robert Van De Weyer

There is no music so gentle,
No sound so sweet,
No praise so pleasant

As the praise, sound, and music
Of that simple word "Love".

The word itself is like a song,
It conjures images of all that is good.

On the lips it's like a soothing drink.

Let's dance, sing, and play
The symphony of love.

I SO LIKED SPRING

Dad I found this beautiful poem and thought of you.

I so liked Spring last year
because you were here
The thrushes too
Because it was those you so liked to hear
I so liked you.

This years a different thing
I'll not think of you.
But I'll like spring becausee it is simply spring
As the thrushes do.

Hi Dad, guess whose come, Chris came up yesterday and is staying until Sunday morning.
Leena and Tia are at home it would have been nice to see them. You would love Tia, she's a little sweetheart.
We haven't seen much of Chris today, he went to Debs to fix Matts computer he's now watching television. He was talking about you last night, saying how he would love to talk to you man to man talk. That I think is what he misses most.

Shooting star that fell into my eyes and through my body
Not to forget you.
I believe in the sun even when it is not shining.
I believe in love even when feeling not.
If the love you have for me is like the love I have for you,
Shooting star that fell into my eyes and through my body.
Dad I promised you will never be forgotten.
